Are products sold by Fragrance2u genuine?

Please be assured that every single product we sell is 100% genuine and exactly the same as you buy in a department store or a perfume shop in the High Street.

Do you sell testers?

No, we do not sell any testers. All products we sell are original.

What is the condition of the product I am buying?

All products we sell are in mint condition, exactly the same as you buy in a department store or a perfume shop in the High Street. The majority of the products we sell are fully boxed and cellophane sealed. However, some products are fully boxed but not cellophane sealed and this how they are supplied by the designer house and how you buy them in the department store or any perfume shop on the High Street.

How my item will be shipped?

Your item will be well packaged in a postal box/padded envelope and shipped using Royal Mail.

All shipment methods require a signature upon delivery.

How long it will take for my item(s) to arrive?

Your item(s) will be shipped within 24 hours of your payment being cleared. Please note that we do not ship weekends, holidays and bank holidays.

  • UK customers, please allow 2-5 working days for your package to arrive.
  • International customers, please allow 7 – 10 working days for your package to arrive.

Do I get a discount if I purchase multiple items?

We appreciate you as a valued customer. All our products are carefully priced at a significant discount between 30-40% of the retail recommended price (RRP). Hence, we do not offer further discount if you purchase multiple items.

How to buy a product?

It is a simple process that will take you only few minutes. Please just click on the category, followed by the designer house and then you get to the product of your interest. Just click on it and follow the instructions.

Do you offer a voucher scheme?

Currently we do not offer such a scheme. However, from time to time we run promotional offers, so sign up to our mailing list so you don’t miss out!

I am trying to buy a product but it says out of stock?

While we try to re-stock a product before all stock is sold out it is unfortunate that sometimes it takes longer than expected for the new stock to arrive. Please just contact us here stating the product name and we will let you know the estimated date when the product will be in stock.

I’ve received the wrong order, how can I return it?

While we endeavor to ensure all orders are processed with 100% accuracy, rare mistakes will be made. If this is the case, please see our Returns Policy for more details on how to return/exchange your order.

How do I know my payment is securely processed?

We carry out all our transactions with Protx, Paypal or Google Checkout. Both these leading services offer world class secure payment services, to ensure all your details are kept safe.
